Dear Yoga and Pilates Friends

If you’re feeling a little post Christmas blues try these 4 things

1. Mindful movement be that going for a walk, yoga or pilates move your body ?? ?

2. Eat clean – know what at least 90% of the ingredients are in in your food rather than packaged processed nonsense ? 

3. Drink water /herbal tea water ?

4. Clean your head – few moments each day to find a quiet place be that at home in the park walking your dog or even in the parked car. Spend a few moments following your natural breath in breath out ??
