Small, friendly classes combining Pilates techniques to strengthen and stabilise the spine, hips and pelvis; Yoga to aid in breath and relaxation/visualisation. Plenty of opportunity to discuss with other mums to be stages of pre and post pregnancy and plenty of birth preparation tecniques offered to ensure an enjoyable and safe pregnancy and post natal.
Yoga and Pilates will aid in raising energy levels, aids in sleep and works on all aspects of the body from physical to emotionally nurturing techniques for pregnancy, birth and beyond.
